Layered Technologies is proud to introduce Encompass as the new single-source account management portal. If you have already been using Encompass, please continue to do so. If not, please be aware that effective August 23, 2007, https://secure.layeredtech.com will automatically be rerouted to https://encompass.layeredtech.com.
We are proud to offer this enhanced customer interface which provides increased functionality. Encompass provides all the functionality you currently enjoy (view invoices, pay bills, update payment and contact information, etc?), but also includes the following enhancements:
When using Encompass for the first time, use your current ModernBill login information. If it will be your first time logging into Encompass or you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password" and enter your primary account email address. The system will then auto-generate a new password and email it to you. This is your set-up password only. Please change it as soon as possible.
For your convenience, an Encompass tutorial is available for review at http://www.layeredtech.com/support/encompass.php.
Please be sure to bookmark the Encompass location and use it as your single-source account management tool going forward.
